Perk and Paws Cat Café

Torrington, Connecticut

Perk and Paws Cat Café offers a delightful haven for cat enthusiasts to enjoy a cozy café experience while mingling with adoptable feline friends. This charming 1,200-square-foot venue, the first retail tenant at the Pennrose Riverfront Torrington mixed-use complex, invites guests to sip on locally sourced coffee from Great Minds Coffee Roasters or tea from Harney & Sons, paired with treats like fudge from The Nutmeg Fudge Company. The café features a dedicated cat lounge where visitors can book sessions to play and bond with cats from a partnered Harwinton shelter, all of whom are up for adoption. With a focus on feline welfare and community engagement, Perk and Paws provides a relaxing atmosphere, complete with hand-washing stations and waivers for those sharp little claws, making it a purrfect spot to unwind, socialize, and potentially find a new furry companion.
