Mr. Kotoffski Cat Cafe Museum

Riga

Mr. Kotoffski Cat Cafe Museum is a cozy cat cafe on Miesnieku iela in the heart of Riga's Old Town. The business relocated to Riga in 2025 after previously operating in Daugavpils, bringing its resident cats and distinctive collection of cat-themed art, decor, and curiosities to the new location. Visitors can spend a quiet hour with cats that roam freely through the space while enjoying coffee, tea, and freshly made cake. Staff explain the house rules on arrival, and shoe covers are provided to help keep the cats' home clean and comfortable. Reservations are accepted and can be useful during busy periods. The combination of a traditional cat lounge and several small museum-style rooms makes Mr. Kotoffski an unusual stop for cat lovers exploring central Riga.
