Meow Dyer Cat Cafe, located in the heart of Leonardtown Square at 41665 Fenwick Street, Suite #13, is a cozy and inviting space where cat lovers can relax, connect with adoptable cats, and support local rescue efforts. Founded by Shannon Obedoza, the café partners with Feral Cat Rescue to help cats over six months old find forever homes in a low-stress, homelike environment. Guests can reserve 30-minute or 1-hour sessions in the Cat Lounge, where up to 10 people can interact freely with friendly, vetted, and litter-trained rescue cats. The space also features large front windows for passersby to watch the cats at play, creating a welcoming and playful atmosphere. While the full café is set to launch soon with coffee, tea, and boba, visitors can currently enjoy prepackaged treats and bring beverages from nearby Social Coffeehouse. A small boutique offers cat-themed merchandise like apparel, stickers, and art, with proceeds supporting the cats’ care. Open seven days a week, Meow Dyer Cat Cafe is a charming addition to Leonardtown, perfect for anyone looking to adopt, unwind, or simply enjoy the company of cats in a warm and whimsical setting.
