Catopia Cafe

Catopia Cafe is a cat cafe in Singapore's Little India neighborhood, spread across two floors of a charming shophouse on Dunlop Street. The cafe is home to around 10 resident cats of varying breeds, with Jasper, the affectionately nicknamed boss and founder, leading the pack. Visitors pay $28 per person for a two-hour session that includes a drink, with socks mandatory for entry. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, and a minimum age of 7 applies. The cafe also offers art jamming sessions, a retail shop, and cat hotel services. Open Tuesday through Sunday, 11am to 6pm.
